Introducing the Holmgren Hub: the permaculture learning portal

Introducing The Holmgren Permaculture Hub, a learning portal where you can learn the ins and outs of what it means to live a permaculture life.

Take a course or a tour, or snuggle up with your favourite permaculture book to discover ways that you can apply the permaculture principles and ethics to your own situation.

Our first Hub offering is an online tour of  Melliodora. Situated in the Victorian central highlands, in beautiful Djaara Country, this one hectare property has been transformed from a blackberry covered wasteland into a model of small scale intensive permaculture.

In the online tour, David Holmgren and his partner Su Dennett will show you how their passive solar house, mixed food gardens, orchards, dams and livestock, as well as creek revegetation, have been developed and maintained.

Our second Hub offering is an online Permaculture Design Course with David Holmgren, Beck Lowe, and a range of other experienced permaculture practitioners.
