We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and you may not be able to attend a tour that you have paid for.
So long as you notify us at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the tour, your options are:
- a transfer to a future tour as negotiated via email
- a full refund of your ticket price
Refunds and transfers are not available within 7 days of a tour commencement, however if you do wish to cancel within 7 days, please let us know. If your tour has a waiting list, we’ll do our best to fill your place.
If we are successful, we can transfer your tour fee towards a future tour within the same tour season, or we can offer you a full refund of your ticket price.
