Farming Solutions for a Changing Climate

An event for farmers and landholders to inform, inspire, network and take climate action.

Brought to you by the Sustainability Team at Yarra Ranges Council and supported by Agribusiness Yarra Valley, Women In Horticulture, Landcare, Port Philip Catchment Management Authority, Monash University and Farmers for Climate Action.

We present four leading voices in the sustainable agriculture and the environment sectors:

  •      Dr Cassandra Schefe, Soil Scientist and Adjunct Senior Research Fellow, Monash University.
  •      David Holmgren, Leading Environmental Thinker and Co-Originator of Permaculture.
  •      Corey Watts, Local Yarra Ranges Sustainability Consultant representing Farmers for Climate Action
  •      Jenny O’Sullivan, Gippsland Sheep and Cattle Farmer and Sustainable Agriculture Advocate.

At the conclusion of the evening there will be a chance to ask questions to our expert panel and around 9.15 there will be supper and a networking opportunity.
